We believe that every individual is naturally
creative, resourceful and whole. We believe that the most fulfilling life
experience (whether related to your career, finances, relationships,
spirituality, etc.) is achieved as a result of acting in alignment with your
highest values and beliefs.
We begin by building and expanding your awareness of
what's important to you and how that affects whether or not you're living a
life that's filled with Direction, Meaning and Results.
Through investigation, discussion and visualization,
we'll get clear about what needs to be done and the actions required to match
your desired outcomes.
You set the pace here! Some people require very
little exploration and want to move to action right away. Others prefer to
spend more time getting clear about their priorities and then move to
action.
Some people ask us, "Once I move to action,
is the exploration over?" The answer is: "Most likely, no."
Think of coaching as a strand of pearls. A
single thread moves through each pearl and holds them together, yet each
pearl is uniquely individual.
Similarly, every phase of coaching is unique, yet
tends to lead to new questions or topics for exploration. It's common to
move from exploration to action and back again. This is not a sign of
failure or lack of direction. In fact, it's evidence of true alignment
occurring in every aspect of your life. Get excited! This is a great place
to be!
